The Tour Raízes Coloniais - Linha Bonito is held in the rural area of Gramado - RS and shows a little visited side of this region and the history of the families that started there to settle the Serra Gaúcha.
It is during this tour that the visitors know the origin of the city.
The route begins in the center of Gramado where the transportation waits for the participants to the exit and goes to the rural zone.
The script goes through the Casa Centenária of the Ferrari Family, the Ervateira of the Marcon Family, the Museum of the Fioreze Family and the Foss Family is the Colonial Café.
The Casa Centenária of the Ferrari Family - is an old building, where the visitor can contemplate the house with more than 120 years, characteristic of the beginning of the colonization of Gramado.
The Ervateira Marcon Family - in the place the visitor will know a little how the mate is produced, learn to prepare the chimarrão and taste the most traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul.
The Museu da Fioreze Family - is the place where the tourist will learn more about the history of Italian immigration. The visit is a trip to the past, with the contemplation of several pieces of the time, from firewood heated showers, to dentists' equipment.
Colonial Café of the Foss Family - this is the time to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine. Salamis, artisanal cheeses, breads and home made cucina are among the options. In addition, the visitor can enjoy good live music, with classics of Italian and Gaucho music.
